SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free standard shipping is included with all purchases above $75. All items are shipped from our head quarter in Seattle, Washington, USA.
  • Flat Shipping fee of $75 is added on all order below $75.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipment tracking is provided once order is shipped.
  • Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order on the website. In case of modifications, kindly send us a mail at support@houseoflaali.com within 4 hours of placing the order.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We do NOT offer any exchanges on regular items. Therefore all sales are final.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted only for those products that have a defect. Send us a snapshot of the defect on the product immediately (within 24 hrs of receipt) via email or WhatsApp message.
  • The items need to be returned in an unused/unworn condition for hygiene purposes. They need to be returned in their original packaging with original tags attached to the items.
  • All return requests need to be submitted via email to support@houseoflaali.com or via a WhatsApp message at +1425 289 8462 within the first 24 hours of having received the products. Return requests that are not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

  •  Refunds for defective items will be sent after our team verifies the defect after having received the item back in Seattle.
  • Products bought during sale and/or with discount coupons are non-refundable.
  • You should find the refunded amount back within 10-15 business days depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time. Send us an email at support@houseoflaali.com, if you haven't got the refund by 15 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Order cancellation request needs to be sent in the first 12 hours of having placed the order. We cannot honor any requests after that since we would have started the shipment processes by then.
